Refund policy


Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the time your package is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused in its original condition with all tags and packaging in place.


Our return policy is easy and efficient. To start a return, kindly contact us at support@zecoya.com and a representative will respond to you within the same business day.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on your next steps to follow. 

Returns can be done through the customer account portal.

All returns are shipped via Canada Post and we are glad to offer paperless options on all returns.

All Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is defective, damaged or incorrect. 

We will be more than happy to ship out your replacement right away and try our best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),  and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 2 business days. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be posted on your bank statement depending on your financial institution. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately at support@zecoya.com and we will make sure to work it out.
