Shipping policy


At Zecoya, we strive to make the delivery of your orders as smooth and timely as possible. The average handling time for your orders is one business day. All orders placed prior to 12pm EST will be shipped out on the same Business day via Canada Post Expedited. Any orders placed after 12pm EST, on weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped out the following business day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details for tracking your package.

For items that are backordered, we will keep you informed via email about when the item becomes available again.

Standard Shipping

WE ARE CURRENTLY USING FLASHBOX FOR GTA & PUROLATOR FOR CANADA WIDE.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 CAD (tax excluded). We collect federal and provincial sales tax on all orders within Canada. For any orders under $50, a flat rate standard shipping fee of $9.95 CAD.

Expedited Shipping

WE ARE CURRENTLY USING FLASHBOX FOR GTA & PUROLATOR FOR CANADA WIDE.

For those in a hurry, we offer the option for expedited shipping on all orders. Expedited orders are shipped out the same day and are dispatched via Canada Post Expedited/Xpresspost. Charges for expedited shipping are dependent on region and will be calculated at checkout.

 

International Shipping

Zecoya offers international shipping to the United States of America. Purchase prices are converted to local currency at checkout. We offer free international shipping for orders over $75 CAD. All international orders placed before 5pm EST are dispatched the same day (excluding holidays and weekends), while others will be shipped out the next business day.

All international orders are sent via USPS First Class/Priority (delivery within 3-5 business days). We do not collect sales tax on international orders and do not charge duties and customs. Shipping charges for orders under $75 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Checking Order Status

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email from us with a tracking number and all relevant shipping information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't noticed any shipping updates with your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zecoya.com with your name and order number, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
