Shipping policy

All orders placed prior to 2pm EST  will be shipped out on the same day via Canada Post Expedited. All orders placed after 2pm EST, weekends or holidays will be shipped out the next business day. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all the relevant information so you may track your package. 

For backordered items, you will receive an email once the item is back in stock.

Standard Shipping 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD (tax excluded). We collect federal and provincial sales tax on all orders within Canada. Flat rate standard shipping of $9.95 for any order under $75. 

Expedited Shipping 

For your convenience we offer the option for expedited shipping on all orders. Expedited orders are shipped out same day and are shipped out via Canada Post Expedited/Xpresspost.

Expedited shipping charges are subject to region and are calculated at checkout.

Local delivery 

Zecoya is happy to offer free local delivery on all orders anywhere within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) - NO MINIMUM purchase required.

Delivery times for local delivery orders are 1-3 business days.

All local delivery orders placed prior to 12pm will be shipped out same day.

Deliveries are made from 10AM - 9pm on Monday - Friday. For any special deliveries we will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to notify you of any updates/delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping anywhere within North America. Purchase prices are converted to local currency at checkout.

Free international shipping available on all orders over $75 CAD. 

All International orders placed prior to 5pm EST are shipped out same day (excluding holidays and weekends). All other orders are shipped out next business day. 

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority (range within 3-5 business days). We do not collect sales tax on international orders and do not charge duties and customs.

Shipping charges on orders under $75 will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. When your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email from us which will include a tracking number and all relevant shipping information which can be used to track your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t noticed any shipping updates with your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
