12 Inch Retro Kids Bike with Wicker Basket and Training Wheels, Pink
A pink retro frame with a wicker basket, brown saddle and matching grips. The maker rates the 12 inch for riders 31.5 to 41.3 inches tall, an inseam of 16.7 to 18.3 inches, a saddle from 17.7 to 19.3 inches and 110 lb at the seat.
A hundred and fifty dollar first bike
Retro styling that hides the fit
A wicker basket and a brown saddle sell this bike in a photograph. None of that tells you whether a particular child can put their feet on the ground, which is the only thing that decides if it gets ridden.
The maker's own numbers, first
Every size here has a published saddle floor, an inseam band and a rider height band. Measure the child crotch to floor in socks, find the size whose saddle floor sits at or below that number, and let the styling be the tiebreaker rather than the reason.
The bike
A carbon steel frame in pink with a woven front basket, a brown saddle and grips, a white chain guard and two removable training wheels.
The maker's dimensions table
The 12 inch row reads: riders 31.5 to 41.3 inches tall, an inseam of 16.7 to 18.3 inches, a saddle of 17.7 to 19.3 inches and 110 lb at the seat. The same panel measures the bike at 33 inches long and 20 inches wide.
Five layers of tire
Protective layer, cord ply, inner tube, buffer layer and rubber outer. The maker calls the result wear resistant, anti-puncture and shock absorbing, and the inner tube means these are air tires.
What is on this bike
Saddle 17.7 to 19.3 in
Held by a locking clamp, and the maker photographs three stacked saddle positions to show the range.
Handlebar 22.8 to 24.8 in
The bars move on their own clamp, so reach and saddle can be set separately.
110 lb seat capacity
Published against this row of the maker's table.
Wicker basket and bell
A woven front basket and a bell on the bars, on a solid carbon steel frame with a brown saddle and grips.
Two brakes
A hand lever the maker calls lighter and easier to maintain, and a rear coaster brake. The chain is fully enclosed.

Who is this perfect for?
Riders 31.5 to 41.3 in tall
The maker's height band for this wheel size, against an inseam of 16.7 to 18.3 in.
Parents who want it to look like a bike
A woven basket, a brown saddle and matching grips, rather than cartoon decals. It is a styling choice and it costs more than the plain version of the same thing.
Beginners with a grown up alongside
Two removable training wheels, a coaster brake that needs no hand strength and a hand lever for when the fingers reach.
What we stand behind
- The suitable age, rider height, inseam, saddle height, handlebar height and 110 lb seat capacity here are the manufacturer's own published figures for the 12 in.
- The manufacturer states the bike complies with ASTM and CPSIA standards, and prints ASTM and CPSC with CPSIA marks in the gallery. We repeat that as their claim and quote no certificate number, because none is published.
- No helmet is included. A helmet belongs on every ride, and eight Canadian provinces have helmet legislation, three of them for riders under 18.
- This is a bike for supervised riding on paths, driveways and parks, never on a road.
- The listing title and URL say ages 3 to 8, which is the span of the whole size family. The maker's table gives 3 to 4 years for the 12 inch. The gallery for this size also does not call out reflectors, although the written description mentions them for the range.
- Ships from our United States warehouse, free shipping over $150, and 14 day returns unused in the original packaging.

What rider does the 12 inch fit?
31.5 to 41.3 inches tall with an inseam of 16.7 to 18.3 inches.
Why does the title say ages 3 to 8?
That is the span of the whole size family. The maker's own table gives 3 to 4 years for the 12 inch.
Is the bike certified?
The maker states compliance with ASTM and CPSIA standards. No certificate number is published, so we quote none.
Does this size have reflectors?
The written description mentions reflectors for the range, but this listing's gallery does not call them out on the 12 inch, so we do not list them.
