Each solid wood leg finishes in an adjustable footpad you can turn to take up the difference. Level the piece once when it goes down and it stays put, which also stops the pad grinding on the stone.

The padding, measured

A hand pressing into the fill, with the figures alongside: 6 in on the back cushion and 3.5 in on the seat. Both covers unzip. At this depth the cushion is doing the work, not the frame under it.

How thick are the cushions?

Three and a half inches on the seat and six on the back, filled with elastic sponge. Both covers are zipped and come off for washing. The seat cushion measures 23 in by 21 in and the back cushion 24 in by 16.5 in.

Can it be levelled on an uneven patio?
