The only way most outdoor chairs get comfortable is a pad laid on top, and every pad is a thing to bring in before rain, dry out afterwards and find winter space for. With eight chairs it is eight trips, and nobody makes all eight.
The padding is inside the fabric
Here it is quilted between two layers of the sling panel itself, so the back and seat are soft and there is nothing loose anywhere on the chair. The manufacturer's words for the fabric are wear resistant and quick drying, which is the other half of the point.

Eight places on a 76 inch top
Three chairs down each long side and one at each end. Each side place gets about 25 in of table edge, past what a setting takes, and the 36 in width leaves a clear strip down the centre once everything is laid out.
Inside the panel
The manufacturer shows a cross section rather than describing it. Padding between two layers of fabric, stitched into channels so it stays where it is put. Wear resistant, quick drying and comfortable are their three words for the result.
A full circle, and a lean back
Every chair sits on a 22 in ring base that turns through a full circle and rocks back 15 degrees. At a table for eight the turn is what gets you out without dragging the chair across paving, and the rock is what keeps you there afterwards.

The opening steps down through 2.36 in, 1.97 in and 1.57 in with the fittings supplied, so whichever common pole you own goes through it. A removable lid closes it when nothing is in it, and a bottom fixing hole holds the pole lower down. A base is still needed.
