An inflatable park is a bag of fabric until air goes into it. This listing has no blower, and there is no way round that: the supplied hand pump inflates the basketball, nothing more.

Four steps, then leave it running
Unfold it, connect the blower, attach the water hose, drive in the stakes. The maker's own note on this panel says to keep the blower on during use. Industry guidance is to angle stakes about 45 degrees away from the inflatable and use every anchor point.
