The essential oil of lavandin super has a flowery and fragrant scent. This hybrid of true lavender and aspic, more resistant, grows at low altitude. It is grown in France, Italy and Spain. Lavandins, in general, have a performance that can be up to ten times higher than that of true lavender, depending on the variety.
- Used in aromatherapy as a nervine/calmant but also to help relieve muscular joint pain associated with sprains/strains.
- The essential oil of lavandin super has a flowery and fragrant scent
- Dosage: Adults ≥ 18 years: Not for oral use. For occasional occasional use only. Steam inhalation: 3 to 12 drops in a bowl of boiling water/facial steamer. Inhale for 5 to 10 minutes up to 3 times a day. Local topical application: Mix 2 to 7 drops in 5ml of vegetable oil vegetable oil and apply to targeted area up to 3 times a day. Do not use undiluted directly on the skin.
