16 Inch Kids Bike with Bell and Removable Training Wheels, Pink
Two and a half inches of seat post on the magenta frame. The maker rates the 16 inch for riders 41.3 to 51.2 inches tall, an inseam of 22 to 25 inches, a saddle from 23 to 25.5 inches and bars from 31 to 32 inches.
The bike
A solid metal frame in magenta with a printed cover over the chain, an ergonomic saddle, non-slip pedals and two removable training wheels.
The maker's size table
The 16 inch row reads: riders 41.3 to 51.2 inches tall, an inseam of 22 to 25 inches, a saddle of 23 to 25.5 inches and 110 lb at the seat. The note under the table asks you to measure the child's inseam and compare it with the saddle height.
Two ways to stop
A hand lever with a shorter grabbing distance for little hands, and a coaster brake worked by pedalling backwards. The chain runs inside a closed cover.
What is on this bike
Saddle 23 to 25.5 in
Held by a locking clamp, set from the child's inseam.
Handlebar 31 to 32 in
Adjusted on its own clamp, separately from the saddle.
110 lb seat capacity
Published against this row of the maker's size table.
Five layer tires
Rubber outer, buffer layer, cord ply, inner tube and protective layer, which the maker calls anti-puncture and shock absorbing.
Two brakes
A hand lever with a shorter grabbing distance and a rear coaster brake, chain fully enclosed.

Who is this perfect for?
Riders 41.3 to 51.2 in tall
The maker's height band for this wheel size, against an inseam of 22 to 25 in.
Children starting out
Two removable training wheels, a coaster brake that needs no hand strength, and a hand lever sized for a short reach.
Gravel and grass edges
The tires are thicker and more heavily treaded than the usual smooth kids tire, which helps where a path runs out.
What we stand behind
- The suitable age, rider height, inseam, saddle height, handlebar height and 110 lb seat capacity here are the manufacturer's own published figures for the 16 in.
- No helmet is included. A helmet belongs on every ride, and eight Canadian provinces have helmet legislation, three of them for riders under 18.
- This is a bike for supervised riding on paths, driveways and parks, never on a road.
- No safety certification mark appears on this listing, so we claim none.
- Ships from our United States warehouse, free shipping over $150, and 14 day returns unused in the original packaging.
