61 Inch Christmas Cat Tower with Two Gift Box Condos and a Sisal Fir Board
Two condos wrapped as gift boxes, a hat for a top perch and a fir tree cut out of sisal board bolted to the side. Five feet tall on a base of 27 by 19 inches.
Red, yellow and green boxes on candy striped posts, with a snow topped roof, a green hat on top and a sisal fir standing off one side.
Two load figures, five feet
The hat perch at the top is rated 22 lbs and each tier below it 33. The upper condo is 14 inches square with an 8.5 by 8 inch opening at about 41 inches, the lower one 15 by 14 at 28.5, on a base of 27 by 19. Publishing a lower figure for the perch is honest, since that is the smallest platform on the frame.
Two boxes and a hat
Both condos are wrapped as presents, one red with a snow roof and one yellow, and the top perch is a green hat with pompoms on it. Underneath the styling they are an enclosed box each and a rimmed bed, which are the two shapes that actually get used.
A fir you can scratch
The posts are wrapped in striped sisal and a flat board cut in the shape of a fir tree is faced with the same material. A cat that scratches against a flat panel rather than hugging a column gets a surface here, and it is at standing height rather than on the floor.
Three toys, three actions
A pompom on a cord, a star on a spring and a ball on a spring. One swings, one wobbles back and one rattles. Three different responses matter more than three copies of the same toy, because a cat stops noticing a movement it can predict.

Who is this perfect for?
Cats that scratch flat
The fir shaped board gives a vertical flat surface at standing height, which suits the cat that leans into a scratch rather than hugging a post.
Two cat households
Two enclosed boxes at two heights plus a perch and a platform means four separate places rather than one good spot and some shelves.
Households that decorate
Red, yellow and green with candy stripes and a hat. This one commits entirely and makes no attempt to look neutral in January.
